• Televisions (TVs) must have their original box, without that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the move.
  • All furniture must be completely wrapped by 2 Fast Movers.
  • If for any reason the customer decides to issue that part of the process or wrap on their own we are not responsible for scratches or any damage during your move.
  • Washing machines must be disconnected and we do not install or connect either. We are NOT responsible for damages if the customer requires assistance to disconnect/uninstall appliances such as washing machines, stoves, dryers, etc.
  • Property and items that were stored or transported to a warehouse or storage unit by someone else must have documented photos of the condition of the items before acquiring the service. And are no longer our responsibility based on the condition of the item.
  • We are not responsible for damage to items that are not wrapped such as clothing, dishes, etc. by the 2 Fast Movers team.
  • Prices are per hour, not flat rates. Our professional processes ensure that your belongings are transported safely and arrive in excellent condition.
  • If the customer believes that the workers are moving too slowly, they have the option to cancel the service. However, if the process takes longer than expected, it is not the workers' fault.
  • The client is obliged to pay for the time spent, and should not make excuses such as "other people did it faster" or "they didn't do their job well."
  • It is important to check the size of the truck required for your move. From medium to large, however our responsibility is to re-analyze whether the size of truck you chose is sufficient for the number of items in your move.
  • If any special treatment or wrapping is required for any product, it must be provided by the customer. Example: Mattress covers
